Established as a trading company more than 100 years ago it has since developed into the large multi-national company we see today with activities and interests in Construction, Manufacturing and Commerce. In construction we are a completely integrated Grade 'A' international contractor and what makes us different from our competition is our integrated independence. With in our Construction Division we have general contracting companies, HVAC, marine, piling and well drilling specialists plus our own readymix concrete producer. Supplementing them from our Manufacturing Division are companies that make and produce insulation panels, steel fabrication, pre-fabricated buildings, terrazzo tiles and aluminum windows & doors.

With everything in place we form a formidable single unit that can cope with virtually any type of civil engineering or construction project with experience of operating in some 25 different countries alongside some of the world's foremost contractors and consultants.
We also own, service and maintain our own plant and equipment as well as constantly monitoring and upgrading our database of architects, engineers of all disciplines, surveyors, programmers and analysts ensuring we have all the construction and civil engineering skills and capabilities in-house. Employing the latest computer technology in planning and controlling projects and with remote sites being linked directly to our head office in Kuwait, we know at all times what is happening and where.
